Who We Are
The Quiet Archive is an independent digital product brand owned and operated by The Quiet Archive. We design and sell printable planner inserts and digital planning tools through archiveyourpower.com and our Etsy shop. Everything is made with intention and care.
Our Products
All products sold through The Quiet Archive are digital downloads, printable PDFs and digital planner files. Nothing physical is shipped. When you purchase, you'll receive a secure download link within 24 hours of your first access.
Our inserts are designed for personal use in ring planners, binders, and digital note-taking apps. They are not physical items and they will not arrive in the mail.
What You Can Do With Your Purchase
When you buy from The Quiet Archive, you're purchasing a personal license to use that file for your own life. Specifically, that means:
You can print your inserts as many times as you need for personal use. You can use digital files across your own devices and apps. You can resize or adjust files for your own planner system. You can gift a copy to a friend by purchasing a separate license for them.
What You Cannot Do
Our designs are original creative work and are protected under copyright law. The following are not permitted under any circumstances:
Reselling, redistributing, or sharing our files with others, paid or free. Uploading our files to any platform, marketplace, or file sharing site. Claiming our designs as your own or removing our branding. Using our files for commercial purposes, including in products you sell. Printing our inserts in bulk for resale, gifting at scale, or distribution.
If you're unsure whether something is permitted, just ask before you do it. We're reasonable people.
All Sales Are Final
Because our products are delivered digitally and are available immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. This applies to purchases made through both archiveyourpower.com and our Etsy shop.
If you experience a technical issue with your download, a broken link, a file that won't open, anything that's genuinely on our end, email us at archiveyourpower@gmail.com. We will always make it right if the problem is ours.
We do not offer refunds due to change of mind, accidental purchases, or incompatibility with your specific planner system. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Intellectual Property
Every design, layout, name, and piece of written content on this site and in our products belongs to The Quiet Archive. This includes the brand name, logo, product titles, insert designs, and all copy.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content, including screenshots of our products, without written permission. If you'd like to feature our products in content you create, please reach out and we'll usually say yes, with credit.
Etsy Shop
Our Etsy shop operates under both these Terms and Etsy's own Terms of Service. Purchases made through Etsy are subject to Etsy's buyer and seller policies in addition to ours.
Disclaimer
Our products are designed to support personal planning, reflection, and intentional living. They are not a substitute for professional mental health support, financial planning, or medical advice. Use them in the spirit they were created, with care, curiosity, and self-trust.
We make every effort to ensure our files are error-free and high quality. If you spot a mistake, let us know. We take that seriously.
