What We Collect
When you make a purchase or sign up for our email list, we collect your name and email address. If you complete a transaction through Squarespace, they may also collect your billing and shipping details, but that information goes directly through their secure checkout, not through us.
When you visit archiveyourpower.com, standard web analytics tools may automatically log your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This helps us understand what's working on the site. We don't use this to identify you personally.
How We Use It
We use your information to send you what you signed up for, whether that's your purchase confirmation, your download link, or the occasional email from the list. That's it. We're not building ad profiles or selling data on the side.
If you joined the email list, you'll hear from us when we have something worth saying. New releases, quiet updates, and things we think you'd actually want to know about. Nothing daily. Nothing spammy.
Third Parties We Work With
We use a small handful of platforms to run this business. Each of them has their own privacy policy, and we encourage you to read those directly:
Squarespace, our website host and checkout platform. Etsy, for purchases made through our Etsy shop. Flodesk or Mailchimp, for email list management. Google Analytics, for basic site traffic data, if enabled.
We don't share your information with anyone outside of what's needed to operate these tools.
Your Downloads
Everything sold through The Quiet Archive is a digital download. Once your payment goes through, you'll receive a secure link to your file. That link is active for 24 hours from your first download, so make sure to save what you need.
Because these are digital products, all sales are final. If something goes wrong with your download, a broken link, a corrupted file, anything on our end, email us at archiveyourpower@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
Emails and Opting Out
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Use it anytime, no hard feelings, no hoops to jump through. If you'd like us to delete your information entirely, reach out directly and we'll take care of it.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies, small files that help the site function and give us basic analytics. You can disable them in your browser settings if you prefer, though some parts of the site may not work as expected.
A Note on Security
